Cristiana Brocchetti is the Managing Partner of ACE & Co. Financials LLP - an independent relationship management, advisory and business-introductions company. Founded in the UK in 2009, the company specializes in helping foreign financial institutions to successfully enter the Italian market.
Cristiana has got 15 years of experience in financial industry, both on the buy-side as a European portfolio manager and on the sell-side in European equity sales (specializing on old economy sectors). Cristiana has also worked at Director level for a number of major financial institutions such as Lehman Brothers, HSBC and Collins Stewart.
From 2005 to 2007, she was Head of Marketing for Twister communications group, a communication agency specializing in financial and corporate communication. While at Twister, Cristiana developed IR programmes for a number of high profile clients such as Edison, Valentino Fashion Group, A2A, ACEA.
Cristiana was also responsible for IR consultancy and reputation management for B2 Axioma, a consulting firm active in CSR and aiming to improve economic, social and environmental performance of organizations by implementing proprietary algorithms. Cristiana collaborates with Iulm University and Ca’ Foscari university. She is fluent in Italian and English and conversant in Russian
Sandy Easterbrook is a consultant to CGI Glass Lewis, the Australian subsidiary of the San Francisco-based Glass Lewis proxy advisory group, and is a member of the group's Research Advisory Council. Sandy founded CGI in 1995 as the first Australian-based corporate governance and proxy advisor to institutional investors and maintains an active role in the business since it became a member of the Glass Lewis group in 2006.
He is acknowledged, internationally as well as in Australia, as a practical governance expert and has served on the Board of Governors of the International Corporate Governance Network. He is currently a member of the ICGN's nomination committee and its working committee on executive and non-executive remuneration. Prior to establishing CGI, Sandy was a corporate and commercial partner for many years of the major Australian-based law firm Malleson Stephen Jacques.
Lye Huat is a non-executive director of a number of companies in Singapore and around the region. He is also Chief Executive Officer of HIM Governance, an independent consultancy dedicated to promoting good corporate governance. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has over thirty years’ experience in finance and accounting, mostly with United Motor Works. Since leaving that company, he has gained considerable experience working with troubled companies in turn around situations. He is also an active member of a number of professional bodies promoting director development programmes and is one of the only Chartered Director members of the UK’s Institute of Directors hailing from South-East Asia.
Peter Jädersten is the Managing Partner and co-Founder of Pyramid Private Equity Partners based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Pyramid is advising clients on investor relations and fundraising and is working with clients globally. Clients include Permal Group, one of the oldest and largest alternative asset management firms in the world and Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners. Mr Jädersten is also the founder of Global Academic Partners which advises non-for profit organizations on international fundraising. Clients include Cambridge University in the United Kingdom. Peter Jädersten was previously Executive Director at INSEAD, head of global fundraising and also head of its Abu Dhabi campus.
